Widerrufsrecht

Sie haben das Recht, binnen vierzehn Tagen ohne Angabe von Gründen diesen Vertrag zu widerrufen.

Die Widerrufsfrist beträgt vierzehn Tage ab dem Tag, an dem Sie oder ein von Ihnen benannter Dritter, der nicht der Beförderer ist, die Waren in Besitz genommen haben bzw. hat.

mittels einer eindeutigen Erklärung (z.B. ein mit der Post versandter Brief, Telefax oder Mail) über Ihren Entschluss, diesen Vertrag zu widerrufen, informieren. Sie können dafür das beigefügte Muster-Widerrufsformular verwenden, das jedoch nicht vorgeschrieben ist.

To comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient that you send the notification of exercising the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.

Consequences of the revocation

If you revoke the contract, we will refund you all payments we have received from you, including the delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from the fact that you have chosen a different type of delivery than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), immediately and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we received notification of your revocation of this contract. For this refund, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; under no circumstances will you be charged fees for this refund. In the case of purchase contracts where we have not offered to collect the goods ourselves in the event of revocation, we reserve the right to refuse refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.

You must return or hand over the goods to us immediately and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which you inform us of the revocation of this contract. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the fourteen-day period expires. You bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

You are only responsible for any diminished value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling the goods in a way that is not necessary to assess their condition, characteristics, and functionality.

Exclusion of the right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the delivery of goods that are not prefabricated and for the production of which an individual selection or determination by the consumer is decisive or which are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer.
