Additional services

In addition to the actual textile printing, Prinovia offers various additional services that can be useful depending on the area of application. These include refinements for brand appearance, additional packaging solutions, faster production options, and a preliminary graphic check.

Imprint

An imprint allows textiles to be individually marked. This additional service is especially suitable when products are sold under their own label or when a textile should receive a brand-specific addition.

With the imprint, the desired design is printed on the inner back side under the collar. The maximum print size is up to DIN A6. This creates a subtle but well-visible refinement that is particularly suitable for brand labeling, own label solutions, or additional personalization.

An imprint is possible, among others, for T-shirts, polo shirts, and other suitable textiles.

Polybag

If printed textiles need to be particularly protected during transport, storage, or presentation at the point of sale, individual packaging in a polybag can be useful.

For an additional charge of €0.60 gross per piece, the textiles are individually packaged after printing. This better protects the goods from dirt, moisture, and external influences. At the same time, the products remain in a well-maintained condition longer during handling and presentation.

The individual packaging is especially useful when:

• the textiles are resold
• they are frequently transported or stored
• a new condition impression is important upon handover or display

The option can be selected during the ordering process under invoice and delivery.

Express Production

For time-critical orders, various production options are available. If textiles are needed by a specific date, for example for an event, a promotion, a club event, or a short-term event, the appropriate delivery option can be selected directly in the ordering process.

Available production times:

• Standard production: 10 to 13 working days
• Deadline production: 10 working days
• Express production: 7 working days
• Express Plus production: 5 working days

Which option is sensible depends on the desired delivery date and the respective order. For particularly short-term productions, early coordination is recommended to ensure that printing methods, textile selection, and feasibility can be appropriately considered.

Graphic Check

If you are unsure about your print file, a graphic check before ordering can be useful. It checks whether your motif is fundamentally feasible and which printing method is best suited for it.

As part of the free check, we examine:

• the technical feasibility of the motif
• the suitability of the print file
• the presumably suitable printing method
• if necessary, the appropriate Pantone values

If quality defects are noticed in the print file, we will discuss possible corrections with you. Additionally, a vectorization of the motif can be offered if needed.

A graphic check is particularly helpful when:

• there is uncertainty about the print file
• the motif is very fine, multi-colored, or complex
• a specific printing result is to be achieved
• technical questions need to be clarified before ordering
