Print data check: This is how we check your print data

In order for your order to be produced smoothly, we check your print data from a quantity of 25 pieces before production starts for technical feasibility.

When are print data checked manually?

As soon as a collection of your order includes at least 25 shirts, the print data will be checked manually by our graphics department, regardless of the chosen printing method.

The order will only be released for production after the check has been completed. This ensures that your file is fundamentally suitable for the chosen print and any potential problems are identified in advance.

Additional print preview for screen printing

For screen printing, we additionally create a digital print preview as a PDF. You will receive this in advance via email or can download it.

The print preview contains the most important information about your order, for example:

• Design
• Placement on the textile
• Number of print colors
• Relevant production details

Based on this visualization, you can check the order and then approve it. If something does not fit, you can request changes. This is unlimited until the preview meets your expectations.

Important to know

The print preview serves as a visualization for the approval of the order. Minor deviations between the preview and the finished print may be possible due to production, for example, in positioning, size, or color reproduction.

Only after successful checking and, in the case of screen printing, after your approval of the print preview, will the order be released for production.
