Revocation instruction for consumers

Consumers have a right of withdrawal according to the following provisions. A consumer is any natural person who concludes a legal transaction for purposes that predominantly cannot be attributed to their commercial or independent professional activity (§ 13 BGB).

Widerrufsrecht

Sie haben das Recht, binnen vierzehn Tagen ohne Angabe von Gründen diesen Vertrag zu widerrufen.

Die Widerrufsfrist beträgt vierzehn Tage ab dem Tag, an dem Sie oder ein von Ihnen benannter Dritter, der nicht der Beförderer ist, die Waren in Besitz genommen haben bzw. hat. Haben Sie im Rahmen einer einheitlichen Bestellung mehrere Waren bestellt und werden diese getrennt geliefert, beginnt die Frist an dem Tag, an dem Sie oder ein von Ihnen benannter Dritter, der nicht der Beförderer ist, die letzte Ware in Besitz genommen haben bzw. hat. Wird eine Ware in mehreren Teilsendungen oder Stücken geliefert, beginnt die Frist an dem Tag, an dem Sie oder ein von Ihnen benannter Dritter, der nicht der Beförderer ist, die letzte Teilsendung oder das letzte Stück in Besitz genommen haben bzw. hat.

mittels einer eindeutigen Erklärung (z. B. ein mit der Post versandter Brief oder E-Mail) über Ihren Entschluss, diesen Vertrag zu widerrufen, informieren. Sie können dafür das beigefügte Muster-Widerrufsformular verwenden, das jedoch nicht vorgeschrieben ist.

To comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient that you send the notification of exercising the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.

Consequences of the revocation

If you revoke this contract, we will refund you all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), without delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we receive your notice of revocation of this contract. For this refund, we will use the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless something else has been expressly agreed with you; in no case will you be charged any fees for this refund. We may refuse the refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, depending on which is the earlier date.

You must return or hand over the goods to us immediately and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which you inform us of the revocation of this contract. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the fourteen-day period expires. You bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

You are only responsible for any diminished value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling the goods in a way that is not necessary to assess their condition, characteristics, and functionality.

Exclusion of the right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the supply of goods that are not pre-fabricated and for the production of which an individual choice or specification by the consumer is significant or which are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer. This particularly concerns textiles and other products that are printed or otherwise refined according to your specifications – for example, with designs, logos, texts, or names provided by you. This also applies to sample prints. Your statutory rights in the event of defects remain unaffected.
