For each printing color, a screen is created once and then used for the entire print run. The larger your order is, the lower the unit prices for each individual piece will be in the end.

From which quantity is screen printing possible?

Silkscreen printing is cost-effective from 50 pieces. For each color, a separate printing plate is created – this one-time effort is spread over the print run. For smaller quantities, digital printing (DTG) or transfer printing (DTF) is usually the better choice.

What does screen printing cost?

The price depends on the product, quantity, number of print colors, and print positions. In the calculator, you select these details and immediately see the final price including the tiered price for your amount – without a quote request.

Can photos be printed in screen printing?

Yes. In addition to the classic solid colors, of which up to nine are possible by default, there is the raster screen printing: The colors are printed as fine dots, creating gradients, shades, and photorealistic motifs. First, we break down your motif in a color separation into the individual printing colors, usually around six. Due to the higher preparation effort, the process is particularly worthwhile for larger editions. We explain this in detail in the article on raster screen printing and color separation.

Which textiles can I have printed with screen printing?

T-shirts, hoodies, sweatshirts, and bags. Available in various colors and in sizes from XS to 5XL, which can be combined in one order.

How long does the delivery take?

Typically 5–10 working days after print approval. For fixed dates, there are express options. If the goods need to be ready for an event, it's best to plan in some buffer.

How large can the motif be?

The standard print size is 35 x 40 cm. What is actually possible also depends on the fabric: For small sizes or hoodies with a front pocket, the area is smaller. Larger areas are possible upon request depending on the product.

What print file do I need for screen printing?

The best is a vector file with clearly separated color areas. If you don't have one, we will check your file and vectorize it if necessary through our vector service.

Screen printing or digital printing – which fits better?
